In 2019, I returned to my homeland of Bali, Indonesia to complete my 200 hr Teacher Training with Embodied Flow - a school rooted in psycho-somatic and Tantric philosophy. The experience ignited my quest to study under leading experts in trauma healing, intimacy, and sexuality, deepening my understanding of the sacred feminine.

Already 5 years into my personal growth journey, becoming a student of my body shifted the tapestry of my entire life. I always had a natural proclivity for things unseen: the felt sense of being alive. And it was through the exploration and awakening of my Feminine nature that the pieces finally began to fall into place.

It's safe to say - this was the moment everything changed and it laid the foundation for my holistic approach to feminine embodiment, integrating mind, body, and spirit.

Over the last five years, I have guided hundreds of women back to their authentic selves, facilitating a reclamation of the Feminine that reflects my own liberation. In doing so, I create a ripple effect, inspiring every woman I meet.

As a Feminine Embodiment Coach and Women's Mentor, I blend ancient wisdom with modern practices to facilitate profound transformation. Through in person experiences like sacred women's circles, soul-nourishing cacao ceremonies, and empowering retreats, and online offerings such as 1:1 mentorship, self study courses, and masterminds - I foster a nurturing space for women to reconnect with their innate wisdom, intuition, and vitality.
