You know, like the Fibonacci Spiral...This part of my story feels like the very first little chamber. But, without it, I never could have grown. Each one that has come after has expanded me exponentially. Since then,  I've spent the last 6 years studying myself and helping others along the way. I've traveled to Bali - where my maternal line is from - to do my Yoga Teacher Training through Embodied Flow, have studied under some of the greatest thought leaders in trauma healing and somatics, and continue to seek out the things that pique my curiosity in the world of Feminine Embodiment and Empowerment. 

The amount of personal development work I've done to heal my inner child, self-worth, and belief in myself have been the greatest investments made in my life. When I envisioned the life I wanted just 6 years ago, it was: to be living at the beach, doing work that serves humanity, and loving myself in a way I never had before. Well...here we are.  

My 1:1 mentorship, group programs, and courses on pleasure, embodiment, and energetics are all designed through my own personal experiences and transformation.
